The name of the club will be “Kuyi Song-writing Club”, its predecessor is called “Kuyi Music Studio”, a non-profit music organization which was founded by Jerry Zhang (Zeebu) and established in the January of 2021. 

Kuyi Music Studio stands out as an organization composed of musicians in American high schools (including Blair Academy, Mercersburg Academy and Cushing Academy) which contributes positive message to the society by conducting charity concerts and producing inspirational music that speaks for the unnoticed portion of the society that needs to be paid close attention to. For instance, musicians of Kuyi Music Studio collaborated and produced a cypher formed album about the mental health of teenagers.

There were in total of 150 tickets and approximately 100 albums sold out with a pure profit of approximately 770 dollars. Kuyi donated 50% of the profit to CO-HARBOR. CO-HARBOR is dedicated to enhancing the attention of the society on mental health of teenagers. Core members of Kuyi Music Studio also participated in an activity conducted by Co-harbor, participants were given a speech about the mental health of teenagers and its importance. Kuyi Music Studio not only serves for its own purpose, but also serves to gather and unite as many community services as possible to influence the society, the collaboration with Co-harbor is an example and our first step.
